Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• All original tags and packaging must be included
• Wigs must not have been styled, cut, or altered in any way
• All security tags must remain intact and attached
• Original purchase receipt or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance Items – All clearance products are final sale
• Accessories – Including Color Rings, hair tools, and care products
• Clip-in Hair Extensions – Due to hygiene considerations
• Costume Wigs – From our California Costume Wigs and Characters collections
• Any products with removed security tags or showing signs of wear
